Day Three : Effective Purchasing Negotiations
•    The concept of effective purchasing negotiations
•    How to gain insight into suppliers’ bargaining tactics
•    Determining critical facts about your opponent
•    How to identify each type of bargaining “platform”
•    Establishing negotiation targets and objectives
•    How to make power and influence work for-not against-you
•    Different types of bargaining and giving and taking concessions
•    Developing a negotiation plan that is simple, but highly effective
